General Terms and Conditions of Sale for SimplifiedETF-AI

Article 1: Scope These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (referred to as "Terms") apply to all transactions made through the websites of SimplifiedETF-AI (referred to as the "Company"). A "Customer" means any individual or business that places an order with the Company, confirmed through our secure payment platform, by check, or in cash.

Article 1 bis: Age Limitation Age restrictions apply: SimplifiedETF-AI only accepts Customers who are 16 years or older (for physical and digital products) and 18 years or older (for services like coaching, workshops, seminars). We aim to limit access to our sites, products, and services to mature audiences capable of understanding business responsibilities. Newsletter subscribers under 16 years old will be promptly removed from our database, and customers not meeting these criteria will receive a refund for their purchase, with a requirement to return the product(s).

Article 2: Order Placing an order on a SimplifiedETF-AI website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.

Article 3: Price Prices are in euros, inclusive of all taxes (at the French VAT rate of 20%), excluding shipping and processing fees. Prices may change, but the rate applied to an order will be the one announced at the time of purchase.

Article 4: Payment Payment is due immediately upon ordering, including for pre-ordered products. You can pay with a credit card, but only international credit cards (Mastercard or Visa) issued by banks outside of France are accepted. American Express cards are not accepted. Secure online payment by credit card is handled by Stripe, ensuring data encryption during transmission. Security is the responsibility of Stripe, not SimplifiedETF-AI.

Article 5: Personal Data Protection In line with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access and rectify your personal data. We declare all our data processing to the National Commission for Information Technology and Civil Liberties. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge reading our data protection policy and consent to data collection and usage. You can unsubscribe from our services anytime.

Article 6: Applicable Law All clauses in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and related purchase transactions are subject to French law.

Article 7: Guarantee We guarantee the quality, suitability, and accuracy of SimplifiedETF-AI services for their intended purpose and description. This guarantee covers any faults, errors, or irrelevant content related to business idea analysis or evaluation. However, digital content like ebooks and training materials is non-refundable.
